Open Minds Theatre Company is an Arts Organisation based in Rotherham and working across South Yorkshire. We are passionate about the transformative power of the arts and are firmly committed to the impact that the arts can have upon the regeneration of the region. We have a varied programme of activities including; delivering arts activities within the education and community sector, running large arts festivals and projects and providing a variety of bespoke creative training for a range of individuals and organisations. 

We are looking for an experienced Manager and Theatre & Movement Practitioner with a passion for working within both Education and Community sectors and with a variety or ages and abilities. This individual must be willing to work in a busy environment adhering to tight deadlines with the drive and initiative to complete a range of tasks and work independently. It is important that this individual is highly organised, can lead but also work effectively within a team and possesses superb communication skills. We are looking for someone with practical experience of leading and project managing arts activities with a comprehensive knowledge of the Education and Community Sectors. 

The ideal candidate will be both a highly capable manager and experienced Theatre & Movement Practitioner. However, we are still interested to hear from candidates whose experience and skills only reflect one aspect of this role.

Flexible working will be required and a CRB check

The appointed person will be required to start within two weeks of job offer
