The King is Dead, BBC Three

Bad enough to make you want to snuff out an entire channel

Katy Wix, Simon Bird and Nick Mohammed can't manage a smile either

It's not that I feel like a middle-aged fuddy duddy exactly - although I was even almost too old for The Word and I'm clearly not the target audience for BBC Three. But if I were still in the 16-34 age group - even at its most juvenile end - frankly I’d be insulted by a show like The King is Dead. Is it a valid criticism of a BBC Three show to call it puerile? Perhaps not, but unfunny is unfunny.

That program truly was shit, I can't believe I wasted 28 minutes and 38 seconds of my life. Simon Bird is clearly an intelligent person, so why he's forced this patronising drivel on us is infuriating. Simon should have stuck to being a type-cast nerd, as he could have eked out a semi-decent career in the sidelines. Instead he's committed television suicide by seemingly dumming down and trying too hard at the same time. Can you tell I'm disappointed?

this show is abysmal, I feel sorry for anyone who had to watch it.

Shite utter shite, the worst panel show ever created I've watched two episodes and tried hard to like it, but It just wasn't happening. Such a shame this is like an unfunny cross between sooting stars and god knows what

i don't care about anything apart from the ridiculous one-liners which are actually quite funny. i don't know why you are all so negative.
